About Me
Hi, I'm Erika Soto, a passionate and dedicated personal trainer with a deep commitment to helping you achieve your fitness goals. My journey in the fitness world began at the age of 14, and like many, I started out trying different routines and methods that weren't always effective. Over the years, I’ve learned the importance of proper nutrition and exercise, continuously refining my approach to training. Today, I remain committed to expanding my knowledge, staying up-to-date with the latest fitness trends and scientific findings to ensure I provide the best guidance for my clients.
I am an ISSA-certified personal trainer, and I hold my Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) certification. These two areas of expertise allow me to bring a unique and comprehensive approach to fitness. The combination of fitness training and counseling principles enables me to help you not only build physical strength but also cultivate the mental resilience needed to make lasting changes.
As your personal trainer, I use my training and experience to guide you through setting realistic goals, staying motivated, and building habits that stick. Together, we’ll work on a personalized plan that’s tailored to your needs, while fostering the mindset and determination required for sustainable progress.

I work with you to customize a nutrition plan that fits your lifestyle, preferences, and health objectives. We will focus on balanced, nutritious choices without the stress of fad diets. With my guidance, you’ll learn how to nourish your body in a way that works for you long-term, creating lasting, positive habits.

Accountability & Communication
With a clear, progressive plan in place, you’ll always know exactly what steps to take to move forward. I’m here to keep you motivated, celebrating your progress along the way and pushing you through any challenges.
You will also have a direct line of communication with me and are free to ask any/all questions about your workouts, nutrition, or fitness journey.
How will we track?
Clients will use Everfit to track personalized workouts I design, helping them stay accountable and monitor progress. They will also use MyFitnessPal to log meals, ensuring they meet nutritional goals and stay on track with their fitness and dietary plans. Both apps provide an easy way to stay organized and motivated.
